Registration:
For your peace of mind our Team Members are insured and registered with their appropriate peak professional body.
Appointment Booking Policy:
When an appointment is made with Life Vision Counselling a significant amount of time is kept in reserve for that appointment. Last minute cancellations, when a client fails to keep a scheduled appointment without notice, are inconvenient, costly and affect other clients who would have preferred that reserved appointment time.

Accordingly, we ask that clients wishing to cancel or reschedule an appointment to do so no later than 48 hours before the time of the appointment.
