Our Practice

Our counsellors specialise in marriage or relationship counselling, as well as general counselling.

You are able to to talk openly about yourself, your issues, your concerns, without fear of being judged or ridiculed.

We maintain the highest level of confidentiality, which means you never need to worry about your private matters being disclosed to anyone else.  We are completely impartial, remain objective and neutral and we help you navigate the conflicts and dramas that brought you to counselling in the first place.  We work with you to help you recognise unhealthy emotional or behavioural patterns and develop better ones. With these new skills, you will now have amazing strategies to cope better with whatever challenges arise in the future.

Life Vision Counselling specialises in understanding the way you feel, think, act, and interact.  We use a range of therapies and techniques to provide you with support, to help you reduce your level of distress and make the difference to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing.

When you choose Life Vision Counselling you can rest reassured in the knowledge that you will be working with a qualified, experienced and registered therapist who will ensure that you receive high-quality, ethical support and treatment.
